The project of the Zoo Zamość expansion.

My participation in the phases of the project:

PreDesign: functional and spatial program of individual buildings and land development

SchematicDesign/DesignDevelopment: conceptual design,

ConstructionDocumnets/BuildingPermit: construction documents, detailed design

ConstructionAdministration: author's supervision of the construction site and assistance to the construction manager.

Detailed scope of duties in the project:

  1. Direct cooperation with the investor's representatives throughout the project.

  2. Development of a functional and spatial program with the investor's representatives.

  3. Concept of a land developement plan for the new part of the Zoo.

  4. Concept of the kitchen for animals building, workshops and technical facilities buildings . 

  5. Concept of pavilions for animals of the South America region.

  6. Construction and detailed designs of the kitchen for animals building, workshops and pavilions for animals of the South America region.

  7. Formal arrangements and obtaining permits with the representatives of local authorities

  8. Coordination of the above-mentioned projects in the field of land development, fire protection, construction ,HVAC, plumbing, electrical, telecommunication installations and architecture.

  9. Author's supervision on the construction site of the entire complex.

  10. Professional training in terms of building licence in speciality of architecture.

The project of a educational and research facility for the Faculty of Pharmacy of the Medical University of Poznań.

The building is divided into three parts: 1.CP1, 2.CiTF, 3.CP2

My participation in the phases of the project:

PreDesign: functional program of the urban layout and building

SchematicDesign/DesignDevelopment: conceptual design

ConstructionDesign/BuildingPermmit: construction design, revised construction design, detailed design​,
BiddingNegotiation: providing answers to potential contractor on behlaf of a client

Detailed scope of duties in the project:

  1. Direct cooperation with the client's representatives throughout the project.

  2. Development of a functional program with the client's representatives.

  3. Concept of a land development plan and an architectural concept.

  4. Building permit design and detailed design for parts 1 and 3 of the building that is  CP1 and CP2

  5. Coordination of the above-mentioned projects in the field of land development design, fire protection,HVAC, laboratory technology, construction, plumbing and interior architecture.

  6. Coordination of the design of 2 part of the building - CITF in terms of structure.

  7. Development and coordination of key architectural details.

  8. BIM Coordinator in the field of data exchange with .

  9. Obtaining a building permit and a revised building permit.

  10. Providing answers to tender questions, preparing the revision drawings

Project of an extension and renewal of the ET2 tram depot building in Łódź. The project is divided into 3 parts: administration, tram repair shop and tram wash.

My participation in the stages of the project:

BiddingNegotiation: providing answers to potential contractor on behlaf of a client

Detailed scope of duties in the project:

  1. Direct cooperation with the client's representatives throughout the project.

  2. Concept, design and details of a Land Development Project.

  3. Coordination within the Land Development Plan project. Coordinated branches: tram rails engineering, road engineering, construction, plumbing, electric, teletechnic

  4. Formal arrangements and obtaining permits with the representatives of state and local authorities

  5. Construction design of the tram repair shop and tram wash.  

  6. Coordination of the above-mentioned project in the field of fire protection, HVAC, technology of repair workshops and a tram wash, construction, plumbing, tram rails engineering and road engineering.

  7. Detailed design of the tram repair shop and tram wash.  

  8. Design of key architectural details

  9. BIM Coordination of construction and HVAC projects with architecture

  10. Providing answers to tender questions, preparing revisions and supplements.

  11. Assistance in the construction administration, preparing revised drawings.

Renewable Energy Research Building of the Poznań University of Technology

project 2015

Master's thesis

 

The subject of the project is an educational building, combining the functions of a laboratory, a power plant that obtains energy from three sources: water, wind and sun, a bridge connecting two banks of the Warta and a lecture center.

 

The greenery project involves a public park on the Warta River and an energy willow plantation referring to the Warta Boulevards .
